Zenlayer announces two new executive appointments
Zenlayer, a distributed edge cloud services provider, has announced the appointment of Craig Kaplan as their new senior vice president of sales.
With over 20 years of experience in technology and telecommunications, Kaplan has led companies such as Edgecast Networks from $0 to $100 MM ARR, and an acquisition by Verizon Digital Media.
In his role as Senior VP at Zenlayer, the company says Kaplan will leverage his strategic vision and insights to oversee the development and execution of initiatives aimed at expanding outreach to enterprises and boosting revenue.
With this, it will involve identifying new market opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and ensuring an unparalleled customer experience.

He has a track record in navigating challenging market landscapes and experience in bringing commercial success to a variety of tech startups, to which Zenlayer sees as an invaluable asset to the company’s growth trajectory.

Additionally, Zenlayer has announced the addition of Jeff Geiser as the vice president of customer experience. The role was created to enhance the customer journey end to end.
Geiser has over 15 years of experience in technical leadership at startups and established technology companies like UUNet, Akamai, and most recently, EdgeCast (now Edgio). He will take on the role of elevating Zenlayer’s technical capabilities.
