Webinar: How to secure distributed IoT applications
The integration of AI Edgelabs’s edge security solutions with Sunlight’s edge infrastructure platform offers a scalable, secure, and efficient solution for organizations looking to harness the benefits of edge computing.
The demo webinar will seek to answer the questions:
What are the risks that pose the highest threat for the organizations operating at the edge?
How can AI-powered cybersecurity coupled with a robust and highly available edge infrastructure address these?
Speakers
Oleg Mygryn, CTO, Scalarr/AI EdgeLabs
Oleg has worked in the software engineering space with special emphasis on cybersecurity for 15 years. He possesses a strong background in Computer Science Engineering and deep expertise in Big Data analytics, artificial intelligence, and anomaly detection using machine learning models.
Oleg led numerous artificial intelligence and anomaly detection projects, working for major companies as CTO. Oleg joined Scalarr to develop and augment the security portfolio of solutions for fraud detection and threat intelligence.
On harnessing the value of AI and ML, Oleg introduced a revolutionary approach to the detection, analysis and protection of cybersecurity risks at the Edge and IoT infrastructure, turning the AI EdgeLabs platform into a highly accurate solution that is unparalleled in the market.
Julian Chesterfield, Founder & CTO, Sunlight
Julian has worked in the cloud and virtualization industry for over 15 years. After completing his PhD at Cambridge University, he became involved in writing a technology called Xen, which became the foundation of the public cloud back in 2007 when it was adopted by Amazon and most of the emerging public cloud infrastructure providers of the day.
Julian began Sunlight as an incubation project in 2013 to build a lightweight hypervisor for low-power Arm processors. On seeing its value for data-intensive applications at the Edge, Julian and the founding team built it into a full hyperconverged infrastructure stack – Sunlight. Sunlight has secured $20m in funding to date and has gone on to launch new products, including the Sunlight NexCenter and AppLibrary. Julian previously held positions at OnApp, as Chief Scientific Officer, and Citrix, as Storage Architect
