Vertiv picks up a new CIO
Sheryl Haislet has exchanged her CIO post at tier-one automotive supplier Adient, for the CIO slot at digital infrastructure vendor Vertiv.
In a news release, Vertiv spotlighted ‘s experience in lean manufacturing, engineering and information technology.
“Sheryl’s proven ability to inspire teams and manage organizational change will ensure we continue to use IT across our global organization to drive innovation and collaboration,” Vertiv chief executive Rob Johnson was quoted saying in the release.
Haislet’s full title at Adient was CIO and VP of Digital Office. Previous to Adient, she served as CIO for Johnson Controls’ power solutions division, where she helped worked on commercial-excellence programs and the implementation of SAP systems.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in information systems from Grand Valley State University. also holds a graduate certificate in SAP Business Processes from Central Michigan University. She expects to complete her executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology in April 2020.
