Unigen unveils DDR5 memory modules to meet rising demands in AI and industrial applications
Edge AI hardware manufacturer Unigen has launched its DDR5 family of high-performance memory modules to address increasing demands for bandwidth, capacity and power efficiency in compute, storage, networking, AI and industrial applications.
The DDR5 modules include Registered DIMM (RDIMM) options with capacities up to 64GB and speeds of 5600 MT/s, available in standard and Very Low Profile (VLP) form factors.
VLP RDIMMs, at just 18.75mm in height, are designed for space-constrained environments like 1U blade servers.
Unigen emphasizes supply chain continuity with multi-sourced, server-grade DRAM and offers enhanced features such as conformal coating and industrial temperature support.
The company provides high-volume production capabilities within the U.S. for clients needing domestic assembly and sourcing.
Unigen recently unveiled edge AI servers and HPC solutions at SC24.
