The Boss Company chooses RF Code’s sentry device for remote edge management
IT services firm, The Boss Company, has partnered with RF Code, a company specializing in remote edge infrastructure management solutions. The Boss Company plans to improve the management and monitoring of IT infrastructure by integrating RF Code’s Sentry device.
Having on-site personnel ensure the physical safety of IT equipment and monitor environmental conditions at remote sites is important but can be a challenge. The goal of the partnership is to enhance efficiency and productivity for Boss Company’s customers by ensuring secure remote edge computing locations are monitored.
“We turned to RF Code to help us manage our remote IT edge locations as their Sentry device is not only affordable, but we also had it up and running in a matter of minutes with customizable alerts tailored to each location. As a small startup, Sentry has been a complete game changer for us, and RF Code is helping us every step of the way,” says Troy McCawley, the president of The Boss Company.
The Boss Company highlights that the Sentry device’s alerts can be customized to suit remote IT edge locations. It is cost-effective and can be deployed quickly. Further, the Sentry device offers real-time feedback and intelligent insights, enabling internal teams to identify and resolve potential IT issues promptly, the company says.
RF Code says they understand that small organizations may not have enough IT staff to monitor equipment in remote locations. Nevertheless, these organizations place importance on maintaining customer satisfaction and providing support. Dale Quayle, CEO of RF Code, suggests that using the Sentry device can help address this issue and fulfill the needs of these organizations.
“The Boss Company is the perfect fit for our Sentry devices as they continue to expand and grow their customer base and their IT footprint into remote, decentralized environments. With Sentry, organizations like The Boss Company can rest assured that their edge environments are being monitored 24/7 so they can focus on what truly matters to them and their customers,” says Dale Quayle, the chief executive officer at RF Code.
In a partnership earlier this year, RF Code collaborated with Links Technology Solutions, a managed service provider. Their goal was to provide customers with solutions for real-time visibility and monitoring of remote IT edge locations.
