Supermicro unveils Xeon 6-Powered edge servers for AI efficiency

The SYS-112D series features compact designs, improved performance per watt, and AI acceleration, making them ideal for edge AI, telecom, and networking. New compact systems, SYS-E201-14AR and SYS-E300-14AR, are optimized for IoT and AI inferencing, featuring 15th Gen Intel Core Ultra processors with onboard AI accelerators. 

Supermicro’s edge data center systems now support Intel Xeon 6700/6500 processors, offering 1.4x better performance for enterprise workloads. 

The 2U edge AI product family supports up to 6 GPU accelerators in a short-depth form factor for deployment in space-constrained environments.

Supermicro emphasizes sustainability with in-house manufacturing and green computing solutions to reduce environmental impact. 

The company showcased these innovations at Embedded World 2025, highlighting its leadership in application-optimized IT solutions.
