Scale Computing, Servix bring hyper-converged infrastructure to the Brazilian market

Scale Computing, a provider of edge computing, virtualization, and hyper-converged solutions, has partnered with Servix, an IT systems integrator, to accelerate the deployment of hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) solutions in the Brazilian IT market. The strategic partnership aims to deliver reliable and affordable hyper-converged solutions leveraging Scale Computing’s HC3 virtualization platform.

“Servix is a leading HCI integrator in Brazil, and we are proud to be partnering with an IT organization that is so forward-thinking, embracing new technology as it makes sense for their customer base,” said Scott Mann, VP of Sales, ROW & Global Channel Chief, Scale Computing.

Scale Computing’s HC3 virtualization platform and hyper-converged infrastructure reduce the complexity and cost associated with IT systems management, the company says. The platform eliminates the need for traditional virtualization software, recovery software, and servers as the HC3 is an all-in-one architecture that makes easy deployment of fully-integrated applications. Leveraging the patented HyperCore technology, the HC3 platform identifies, mitigates, and corrects problems in the infrastructure in real-time, allowing applications to achieve maximum uptime.

Scale Computing’s virtualization platform is a “shortest path to affordable virtualization” for enterprises that require migrating from existing virtualization platforms or building from scratch.

The partnership will enable the two companies to bring a virtualization alternative to enterprise customers across Brazil.

Servix has experience in delivering hyper-converged solutions that enable customers to manage complex infrastructure with enhanced operational efficiency while offering a cloud experience in on-premise environments. All the Servix’s offerings include hybrid and multi-cloud architectures that offer alternatives to optimize costs. The company, founded in 1996 as a distributor for Digital Equipment Corporation servers, has over 350 customers in Brazil.

“To navigate today’s complex infrastructure environments, businesses need flexibility, scalability, and resiliency. Scale Computing has a strong reputation for delivering results to IT operation leaders around the world, and we’re thrilled to be offering the HC3 solutions to Brazil. This partnership further demonstrates our commitment to providing our partners and customers with the most innovative and reliable solutions,” said Cleber Calejon, CEO, Servix.
