Portwell unveils high-performance AIoT edge solutions with Intel Core Ultra Series 2

American Portwell Technology has launched new AIoT edge computing solutions powered by Intel Core Ultra Processors (Series 2).

The Intel Core Ultra Processors feature a hybrid architecture with up to 24 cores, enhancing performance for edge AI applications. These processors support advanced AI workloads with integrated GPU, neural processing unit (NPU), and Intel DL Boost for hardware acceleration.

The platform supports high-speed memory (DDR5 and LPDDR5x) and connectivity options like PCIe 5.0 and USB 3.2 Gen 2×2. Portwell’s new products include the PCOM-B886, PCOM-B887 COM-HPC modules, and the ROBO-8117 single board computer.

The ROBO-8117 is designed for industrial automation and medical systems, supporting up to 96 GB of DDR5 memory. The PCOM-B886 offers high-performance solutions for industrial automation and AI applications with flexible expansion options.

The PCOM-B887 provides scalability for next-gen industrial and AI applications, supporting up to 192 GB of DDR5 memory.
