OnLogic unveils AX300 edge server to cut AI latency and cloud costs

OnLogic, a solution provider and manufacturer of industrial computers has launched the Axial AX300 Edge Server, designed to bring powerful computing capabilities on-site, enabling businesses to accelerate AI deployments, improve efficiency, and reduce cloud computing costs.
The AX300 supports AI/ML inference and training, real-time data analytics, and virtualization, offering significant performance, latency, and cost advantages over cloud-based solutions.
Powered by up to two 5th Gen Intel Xeon scalable processors, the AX300 delivers up to 14x AI training and inference capabilities compared to 3rd Gen Xeon CPUs, with customizable GPU, memory, and storage options.
Advanced security features include FIPS compliance, Intel Trust Domain Extensions (TDX), and Intel Software Guard Extensions (SGX) for enhanced data protection and confidentiality.
The AX300 is purpose-built for edge environments, featuring robust thermal management, dust filtration, and flexible installation options, including rack, tower, or wall-mounted configurations.
A license-free BMC enables remote monitoring and simplifies server management, while partnerships with software providers like AWS, Red Hat and Nodeweaver enhance solution customization.
Zededa and OnLogic recently partnered to create “OnLogic powered by ZEDEDA,” integrating edge management software with industrial-grade hardware.
