Mark AB Capital unites with Blaize to help propel UAE’s AI future

Mark AB Capital has recently entered a multi-year Memorandum of Understanding with Blaize.

Blaize says it plans to provide an AI-edge hardware and software development platform to prioritize sustainability and operational efficiencies. In addition, Blaize will establish an AI Data Center powered by its Blaize Graph Streaming Processor.

Abdullah Mohamed Al Qubaisi, the CEO of Mark AB Capital expresses optimism about partnering and says:

“With this partnership, we’re not only harnessing AI’s potential but also paving the way towards an AI-powered nation where progress knows no bounds.”

Blaize and Mark AB aim to generate $50 million in annual orders due to their collaboration.

According to Blaize, the company develops cost-effective applications for real-time monitoring of video and data-enabled IoT technologies. Company executives say its solutions enhance security, improve lives, and contribute to smart city initiatives in mobility, public safety and infrastructure maintenance.

Blaize also focuses on decarbonization in AgTech, water and electrical systems management, healthcare, hazard detection and airport initiatives.

The companies also aim to establish an AI software training center in the UAE. The pair also plan to certify at least 5,000 UAE citizens using Blaize AI Studio, creating high-paying AI development jobs and supporting local employment efforts. The companies say their goal is to make UAE the world’s first total edge AI nation, enhancing efficiency in energy, security, education and the economy.

“Blaize is delighted to deliver intelligence at the edge of everywhere with a programmable full-stack AI architecture to create use cases that positively impact people’s lives and help a nation like UAE achieve its sustainability goals,” echoes Dinakar Munagala, the CEO and co-founder of Blaize.

Blaize and OrionVM partnered to introduce an AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) solution last September. This solution allows enterprises to incorporate and execute AI applications. By integrating edge computing and artificial intelligence into cloud computing, the companies aim to simplify IT operations and reduce the costs of implementing machine learning.
