Litmus adds partner to distribute industrial edge solutions in Brazil
Intelligent Edge Computing company Litmus has announced a partnership with Industrial IoT Solutions to distribute Litmus Edge and Litmus Edge Manager in Brazil with local language technical support.
Litmus Edge is a flexible and scalable industrial edge computing platform that collects, analyzes, manages, and integrates data from all industrial assets. Purpose-built for Industry 4.0, the Litmus Edge platform provides the edge connectivity and intelligence needed to enable dozens of use cases ranging from predictive maintenance and asset condition monitoring to machine learning and industrial IoT. Litmus Edge Manager is a centralized edge device, data, and application management platform for Litmus Edge deployments.
“Brazil has been pushing to become a leader in IIoT, with a national initiative to drive digital transformation across the Brazilian economy,” said John Younes, Co-founder, and COO of Litmus. “We are pleased to partner with I-IoT Solutions to expand our footprint there as companies embrace Industry 4.0. Litmus Edge is ideal for a growing market since we can connect to any industrial asset – both legacy or modern – and derive value from the edge immediately.”
Companies in Brazil are working towards digital transformation and Industry 4.0, starting with integrating sensors, PLCs and machine data on the shop floor with the end goal to implement machine learning and artificial intelligence. Litmus notes it entered the partnership with I-IoT solutions to bridge the gap between OT and IT and help Brazilian and Latin American companies improve performance, productivity and quality.
With Litmus Edge and Litmus Edge Manager, Brazilian customers can easily work out a proof of concept and then start with a small deployment for fast ROI. Litmus Edge comes with out-of-the-box support for any PLC, CNC, sensor, or robotic system so industrial customers can be up and running to collect and analyze edge data in minutes.
