Lanner, Arrcus alliance targets telco edge networks with AI-powered 5G infrastructure

Lanner Electronics, a company specializing in advanced network appliances, and Arrcus have partnered to revolutionize telco edge networks with AI-optimized, high-performance infrastructure for AI and 5G applications.
The collaboration integrates Lanner’s MGX Edge AI platform with Arrcus’ ACE networking software to enable ultra-low latency, scalable, and power-efficient AI-driven RAN (AI-RAN) and inferencing applications.
The solution leverages GPUs for AI acceleration, DPUs for network offloading, and SRv6-based routing for dynamic traffic management, optimizing performance and reducing costs.
Key benefits include improved compute efficiency, intelligent networking for 5G, and simplified, energy-efficient operations for modern telco infrastructure.
“As AI applications evolve and edge computing becomes an essential part of 5G networks, telcos need a high-performance, power-efficient, and scalable solution to meet future demands,” says Jeans Tseng, Corporate CTO, SVP and GM for Telecom Applications BU, Lanner. “By integrating Lanner’s MGX Edge AI platform with Arrcus’ ACE networking platform, we are delivering a best-in-class infrastructure that optimally balances AI compute with intelligent networking, unlocking new possibilities for AI-driven services at the edge.”
The platform supports industries like Industry 4.0, smart cities, transportation, and healthcare by enabling real-time automation and predictive analytics.
The collaboration aims to deliver future-ready, scalable infrastructure for AI and 5G, addressing the growing demand for intelligent edge computing.
