ClearBlade customers can Pump data from edge into Google Cloud data lakes
IIoT platform and edge computing software company ClearBlade has announced a technology partnership with Google Cloud for edge data migration into the Google Cloud BigQuery service. The ClearBlade Edge Data BigQuery Pump feature allows for critical information to rapidly be migrated, processed, stored, analyzed and trained on for enhancing business processes. The feature is available out of the box for users of ClearBlade and Google Cloud to move edge data into their enterprise data lake inside of BigQuery.
BigQuery is the global cloud database warehouse for business agility. With BigQuery, customers gain a total cost of ownership while also getting access to premier Business Intelligence (BI) and AI tooling. Based on its serverless architecture, developers using BigQuery can rapidly implement machine learning algorithms that optimize their business processes. With a service level agreement of 99.99% customers can rely on Google Cloud to provide them insights when and where their customers and users need them.
“With the ClearBlade Edge Data BigQuery Pump feature customers now have the ability to take all types of data and store them directly into their data lake,” says Aaron Allsbrook, co-founder and CTO, ClearBlade. “The serverless design makes management simple along with integrated AI, BI, Geospatial capabilities available for enterprises to understand what is happening in their business in simple to read reports. The offering is a major value to companies that struggle to process data from their field sensors and machines.”
This partnership brings the cloud data warehouse of BigQuery together with ClearBlade’s Edge Data platform to enable rapid deployment of highly configurable, enterprise grade IoT solutions that create many terabytes of data for a rapidly scaled IIoT solution, with all the tools necessary to manage an unbounded and growing dataset. Bringing together BigQuery with ClearBlade’s software platform lets enterprises get IoT solutions scaled to hundreds of thousands devices without complexity or risk.
